Meeting with Speaker of the Parliament of Bangladesh and her Delegation

Speaker Tan met his counterpart from the Parliament of Bangladesh, Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury, at Singapore Parliament House today. They had a fruitful discussion on political and economic developments in each other’s countries and exchanged ideas on parliamentary practices and social matters. Speaker Chaudhury was accompanied by a delegation of 8 MPs from Bangladesh Parliament, while Singapore Members Mr Louis Ng, Mr Murali Pillai, Mr Henry Kwek and NMP Mr Mohamed Irshad joined Speaker Tan in the meet-up.
