Green Dashboard

Parliament House has been given the BCA Green Mark Platinum award since 2015. This environmental dashboard documents Parliament’s efforts in keeping with the Public Sector Taking the Lead in Environmental Sustainability initiatives.

The information here provides a snapshot of how far the Parliament Secretariat have progressed on its sustainability goals. Since 2014, we have reduced electricity consumption by 21% and water consumption by 30%. We have reduced and recycled our waste by 90%.
