Words or expressions which are offensive and insulting and which should not be used during parliamentary proceedings. Any Member found using such words or expressions will be called upon by the Chair to withdraw them immediately, failing which he may be in breach of parliamentary privilege.29 S.O. 50.
A Bill, if it is deemed to be urgent, may be put through all three readings in the same sitting. The Bill must be accompanied by a Certificate of Urgency signed by the President. S.O. 86.
